The warning lights, the ECAM blares
Master caution, nothing works.
Martin Baker, here I come.
Pull my handle, I am gone.
Drifting down beneath the stars
Nightmare’s over, all is calm.
Gentle touch down, tuck and roll, when I sit up

Diving like a Stuka on some unsuspecting Russian,
Airbrakes jammed shut, ground is looming, seconds to oblivion.
